Feedback Module Plus is an improved version of the well-known feedback of PHP-Nuke. Their more important characteristics are:
1.- Possibility of creating multiple different forms
2.- All the titles are personalizables, being able to include an image accompanying or replacing to the title.
3.-The only fixed fields are the one of "your name" and "your e-mail", although you can change the name so that they indicate another thing.
4.- You have the possibility of including one, two or none field so that your users write their message.The used logic is the following: if a field has "title", it will be show, but no.
5.- The message can be sent to another different address from the one of the Admin of the site PHP-Nuke.
