Adds a Global Announcement box on your forum index page. Announcements controlled within the forum ACP - turn on or off the announcements, turn on or off the scrolling effect. *Note. This has already been integrated into the Enhanced Forum Glance Mod v1.0. So, if you already installed the Glance mod v1.0 you don't need to install this Global announcement mod.
