This is a complete Help Desk script.
You can create users and admins. A user can submit a Help Desk request, or search for an existing one by entering in keyword(s). Any admin can respond to a Help
Desk request, but whoever answers first is assigned to that request. Users and admins receive email notification on their Help Desk requests (unless it is turned off).
There is currently no way for new users to sign up (an admin must do this). This was originally written for use on an intranet, where the admins were responsible for
adding the appropriate usernames/emails. New users added by an admin will receive an email with their login info.To use this script, you'll need to have a website or
server, and also access to a mysql database.
