This block was created to reduce the amount of blocks
open when logged in as an admin and also to make it easier
to login as admin. The block will load by default asking for
user login only, once logged in will check if user is also admin, if so will display an admin login section(username already set) asking for admin pass. once logged in as admin will then display standard admin block links. The graphics were also updated as i didn't like default graphics in the site tracker/user info block. I also added a user avatar feature, if the user has an avatar it will load once they login, if they do not, it will just show an anonymous avatar.(Note I have also included this in the graphics pack) A page hits counter was also added. As well as a user tracker section.
