Allow News Ads to be used to place (random) images in between stories. Removed hyperlink from News Ad image if no hyperlink exists to prevent user going to a blank page. Fix problem where sometimes images/ads would not display if ad_width or ad_height were blank or zero in the News Ads setup area. So far i was told this was only a problem in IE5, IE6. Also remove v1.5 random logic and put back original random logic. The key to better randomness is to have much more ads/images in the nuke_ads table than stories on a page if possible.
