Features:
1. Both member and non member can submit their classifieds.
2. Submitted classifieds will be automatically posted by the system without any approval.
3. Member can edit or delete their own classifieds but non member can not.
4. For security and controlling reason, admin has the access to edit/modify or delete all submitted classifieds!
