This block will stop mailto: spam bot colectors, so you can post your e-mail address without fear of reciving spam because of it, the way this block works is by having a link in it that leads to a specialy made php page that generates a few thousand e-mail addresses. this then causes the spam list of the bot to gain a few thousand fake e-mails. and therefore stopping the spammer.
