Author's Note:
This is only a small modification of the weather module from Nukeaddon. I only added a dropdown list to select your region. The "starting" weather is selectable in
config.php. You can also choose with which unit the temperature has to be shown as default. It is set to Celsius now. There's also an array in the config.php file. This
array is the list of available regions. You can add new regions with their codes by just adding them to the array. Don't worry about sorting, the script does it itself.
Don't forget to add a "," (without quotes) at the end of each line, except for the final entry before the closing brace.
